Four years ago, I don't think Haneda would have been grateful to the women who came to the interviews and the salon settings.
But now it's really different.
I think it's our responsibility that we couldn't make it happen with the setting that you have gathered courage to come to the interview.
And I don't want to wash my hands.I think it's better not to work as a concierge than to wash your hands.
It's because of the friends and members who work with me that changed me like that.

It is difficult to suddenly change and evolve today and tomorrow, and it takes time to repay the kindness.
We want to increase the satisfaction level of our members.
