I wonder why iced coffee tastes so good on a hot day?
The ice clinks in the glass and I think, "Ah, it's summer."
Even if it's just for a few minutes, it's a time to relax a little.
However, those "few minutes until the ice melts" actually end quite quickly.
Before you know it, the ice has melted and the coffee has become watered down or lukewarm.
So today, we'll show you a little trick to make iced coffee that you can do in just a short amount of time before the ice melts completely!

・Coffee ice cream is convenient to make in advance

The first thing I recommend is to use ice made from frozen coffee.
This is super easy. Just put leftover coffee from the day before into ice cube trays and freeze it.
With regular ice, the flavor becomes diluted when it melts,
If you use coffee ice cream, it will get stronger and stronger (lol).
It tastes better even after a while, so it's perfect for those who want to drink it slowly.

- Keeping the glass chilled makes all the difference!

Another surprisingly effective thing to do is to chill the glass.
Just 10 minutes in the freezer makes a huge difference.
If you pour it into a cold glass, the ice melts more slowly,
It stays cold right up until the end.
If you're having trouble with your water getting lukewarm quickly, I highly recommend giving this a try.

-Make sure to mix the milk and sugar thoroughly first!

This is a simple but important thing.
If you add milk or gum syrup to your iced coffee, be sure to mix it properly before taking your first sip!
