Cold air and a slightly cloudy mind.

As winter approaches, I feel like my heart shrinks somehow.

When the temperature drops, not only does the air outside feel colder, but your mood also feels a little chilly...have you ever felt that way?
Every year, towards the end of autumn, there comes a moment when I think, "Ah, this feeling is coming again."

Waking up in the morning can be harder than usual, and you just can't find the motivation.
Although from the outside it may seem like I'm living a normal life, deep inside I feel like a cloud is slowly spreading.

It seems that there are actually quite a few people who feel the same way.

The shorter days seem to affect our moods.

Research has shown that in winter, the shorter daylight hours tend to reduce hormones that affect mood.
Wouldn't it be a little reassuring to know that you're not the only one feeling down?

When it gets cold, it becomes harder to go outside, and your activity level naturally decreases. With fewer stimuli, it seems that your mood becomes even more depressed.

It's easy to see why people say that winter is a season when people's mental health is easily affected.
I think this is the season when the volume of our hearts becomes a little quieter.

I want to be a little kinder to myself in the winter than usual.

Since I realized that feeling down isn't just my imagination, I've been trying to be a little kinder to myself in the winter.

Don't try to force yourself to speed up in the morning.
On days when things aren't going well, I just brush it off and think, "It's just one of those days."
Make time to drink a hot drink or go outside for a short walk.

Even just a little ingenuity can make you feel a lot lighter.

Winter is a season that can easily make you feel depressed.
But I think it's natural to have days like that.

When it comes to relationships and dates, it's best to take things slowly and proceed at your own pace.
The day will surely come when things will get better!
