What to look for in a SALON interview
Thank you all for your help.
Kakishima will be in charge of this staff blog.
"What kind of questions will I be asked in an interview?" "What will they be looking at?"
These are some frequently asked questions from people who are interested in THE SALON!
This time, as a staff member who is actually involved in interviews at THE SALON, I would like to talk about the points I look at in interviews based purely on my own personal subjective opinion!
First of all, the biggest feature of THE SALON is,
"You can participate without showing your face" That's the point ✨
You can work without showing your face online,
[First time using this service]
[For those who want to avoid being identified as much as possible]
[If you are worried about suddenly publishing photos]
It's also an easy place to start.
On the other hand, the more you don't show your face,
It is very important to meet them in person and find out what kind of person they are.
That's why at THE SALON, we always make time for an interview (meeting) with both men and women.
At THE SALON, both male and female members are required to have an interview with a staff member before registering.
To be honest, some people may find it a bit of a hassle.
However, it is because of this extra step that our staff fully understands what kind of values you have and what kind of relationship you are looking for, and then considers how to match you with a partner.
It's like a "filter before meeting" is applied by hand.
Unlike apps, it's not just a profile and message,
I would be happy if this could provide reassurance that someone is paying close attention to them.
This is the main subject.
To roughly list the points we look at during interviews, of course appearance and personality are the most important things.
However, what I think is more important than that is the person's own "Appeal Points".
Surprisingly few people can quickly put into words the question, "What are your strengths?"
If you were to ask me, "What is it?", I would probably be at a loss for words.
At the salon, the first setting takes about 20 minutes in the chat room.
In order to ensure that the other person fully understands your strengths during those 20 minutes, we conduct interviews from the perspective of ``What are this person's strengths?''
When you hear the word "interview," many people get nervous.
All of the interviewers at THE SALON are friendly staff members.
Rather than a formal "interview,"
"Strategy meeting for future activities"
It's fine if you come with a similar feeling.
In fact, it's easier to convey someone's charm if they speak as they are,
We want you to feel as relaxed as possible during your visit.
As I was writing this, I was reminded of my job hunting and it made me feel bad...
With that in mind, I can only be grateful to those who apply with this feeling in mind.
Every year, many people come to our store with a fresh start in the new year!
So, not after the new year... but right now! I hope you will come to the interview with the same impulsive feeling you had.
That's all for this blog.
If there is a chance, I would appreciate your help again next time.
