Since moving to SALON, I have had the opportunity to meet many members through interviews, meetings, and settings, and since I am in a new department and work location, every day is fresh and I have new discoveries.
It's been a long time since I felt this way, so I look back on what happened at the Ebisu office where I was renting space when I joined the company in 2013.

Shortly after I joined the company, my boss Kida (currently the representative of Universe Group) told me,
"Mr. S (male member) will bring the setting fee of 18 yen to the bottom of the office building at 3pm today, so please collect the money."
There was one case that I was asked to do.

At that time, I had the image that all the male members were rich, dignified old men, or slightly badass old men.

Mr. S also lives in a luxury tower apartment in Ebisu, so he stopped by in his Benz on his way home and asked for a setting fee!
Without looking at the management page or settings history, I was just imagining that he must be a really cool guy like that🤔

When I went to the bottom of the building around 17:50 pm to wait early, Mr. S wasn't there yet.
After about 2 minutes, I thought I'd wait until it was time, and then I saw a sign of someone, so I turned around and...
There was an old man in plain clothes (the image of the man at the top is just an illustration)

Since when has it been there?
I thought it was the manager or the cleaning staff, so I said, "Thank you for your hard work!" and just waited.

Then, around 17:55 p.m., I received a phone call, and when I answered, it said, ``This is S.'' .
